Very Large Array
Un lugar que no visitamos pero que considero muy importante e interesante para una próxima visita es the Very large Array (LVA), Lugar donde se encuentran los radio telescopios mas fotografiados del mundo, utilizados entre otras cosas, para mandar mensajes al espacio. Hay 27 antenas en el lugar y cada antena tiene un diámetro de 25 metros Y pesa 230 toneladas!. Ubicado en Socorro, este no es su único objetivo, ya que se han realizado estudios muy importantes y ha habido varios descubrimientos astrológicos gracias a estas antenas que resultan muy impresionante
