El Centro de Albuquerque
Hasta ahora creo que solo he mencionado aqui el centro historico (Old town) de ABQ, sin embargo, el “centro nuevo” también ofrece muchas cosas interesantes para el visitante que gusta de caminar por sus calles, empezando por los diferentes restaurantes (Tailandes, Brasileno, Chino, Japones, Italiano, por nombrar unos cuantos) y continuando con sus edificios, esculturas y murales… en esta ocasión les compartiré algunas fotos que tome de un mural hecho por un maestro de CNM y sus estudiantes , el cual inmediatamente llamo mi atención no solo por su colorido y materiales sino por su concepto.... y una vez mas puntos convergentes con Aztlan.
So far I think I have only mentioned OLD Downtown ABQ , however, the “new” down town also has lots of interesting things to see, starting with the different restaurants ( Thai, Brazilian, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, to name a few) and continuing with the beautiful buildings, sculptures and murals… this time I will share some pictures I took from a mural made by a teacher from CNM and his students, which immediately caught my attention not only for its colors and materials but also for its concept.... and once again meeting points with Aztlan.
